RAV - Case Study

Relationships Australia (Victoria) is the largest provider of  professional relationship support services in Victoria, aiming to assist individuals in achieving positive and respectful relationships. RAV is part of the national federation of Relationships Australia organisations and jointly celebrated their 60th anniversary in November, 2008.

RAV is a community-based and not-for-profit organisation, providing service for all members of the community across varying circumstances.

Challenge

RAV selected Click Creative to develop, host and maintain a stand-alone public website that would effectively promote its relationship services within an increasingly competitive marketplace. The website was required to act primarily as a marketing tool for RAV’s core services, providing the first state-based website. It was also intended to provide a platform by which future e-learning and online services could be delivered.

Solution

Click Creative successfully developed a functional and user-friendly website for RAV that provided new ways for individuals to interact and use their services. An online document repository allows a distribution and download capacity of documents and self-help resources. A complex search facility was inserted to allow individuals to quickly locate information within the site, as well as produce results relating to the RAV document downloads. Individual users can book mini courses through the RAV website and view available courses on the integrated calendar, providing a useful tool for users and assisting the objective of the website maximising on e-learning and e-services..

Click’s proprietry CMS was an important feature providing easy client maintenance for the RAV personnel across Victoria. This, in addition with Click’s email marketing system for RAV’s internal communication, provides a manageable online system that is capable of easy updates and effective internal and external communication.
